As a Principal Recruiter, Core Functions, you'll have the opportunity to foster a strong team culture and make a significant impact by expanding critical operational teams, ultimately helping more customers save money. Role Objectives Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies specifically for a diverse range of core function roles (e.g., Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.), collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions. Build long-term relationships with top talent in the Brazilian market across various professional disciplines, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience. Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities within our core functions. Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top professionals for core function roles, specifically tailored to the São Paulo talent landscape. Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique professional market. Partner with hiring teams across core functions to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking for these specific roles. Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges within core functions, optimizing processes for global scalability. Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience from recruitment through onboarding. Mentor or manage a small team of recruiters, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and helping to develop their skills and careers.
